A Federal University in Khabarovsky Krai: Mission and Structure Substantiation
The paper is devoted to the analysis of opportunities of a large university – a cen-ter of innovative infrastructure – to influence the social-economic structure of the region. The article analyses the prospects and problems of formation of innovation policy in Khabarovsky Krai, the forms of existence of innovative infrastructure, as well as domestic and foreign experience of innovation organization and management.
