Russia as a strategic resource for the development of Kirghizia

The article is devoted to the analysis of the post-Soviet area and the place of Russia in it. The present situation in the Middle Asia presupposes and admits an active participation of Russia in the political processes on the territory. But any error turns into displacing and weakening the position of Russia as the leader of the post-Soviet territory.
